Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

About the Position We are looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is a hands-on position in a warehouse/distribution environment with opportunities to learn and cross-train across several areas of our operation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and can adapt to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Assist with daily fulfillment and warehouse operations Help with local deliveries as needed Receive, organize, and move inventory Assist with Amazon order fulfillment and related processes Cross-train in product sourcing and other areas of the business Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Assist with loading and unloading shipments Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or shipping experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and take initiative Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes and inventory throughout the workday Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to do at every step. Compensation $20–$22 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time position located in Irvine, California.
