About El Famoso El Famoso builds the commerce infrastructure behind culture. We partner with artists and brands to manage order fulfillment, wholesale distribution, international shipping, inventory, and customer service. The Role We're hiring Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates to help keep inventory organized, picking locations stocked, and customer orders moving out the door accurately and on time. Responsibilities may include picking and packing orders, replenishing inventory, putting products away, performing cycle counts, and preparing shipments. Your primary assignment will depend on your experience, strengths, and the needs of the operation, with opportunities to support other warehouse functions as priorities change. This is a hands-on role on the warehouse floor. You'll use barcode scanners and a warehouse management system throughout the day. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and comfort using technology are essential. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while following packing and labeling requirements. Replenish picking locations so inventory is available when needed for orders. Put inventory away in the correct locations and accurately record movements in the warehouse management system. Perform cycle counts and location checks, and report inventory discrepancies. Verify product SKUs, sizes, colors, and quantities when handling inventory and orders. Use barcode scanners and follow required scanning workflows for inventory movements and order processing. Prepare cartons, build and wrap pallets, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Report shortages, damaged products, misplaced inventory, and system issues promptly. Meet daily productivity, accuracy, quality, and shipping expectations. Keep inventory locations, workstations, aisles, and shared areas clean and organized. Follow established procedures and safety requirements. Support other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as workload and priorities change. What You Bring Required Previous hands-on experience in warehousing, fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, or inventory control. Reliable attendance and punctuality. We depend on team members to show up consistently, arrive ready to work, and communicate promptly about attendance issues. Comfort using computers, tablets, and barcode scanners, with the ability to learn and follow warehouse software workflows. Strong attention to detail when checking products, quantities, labels, and inventory locations. Ability to follow instructions, work independently on assigned tasks, and ask questions when something does not look right. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and help teammates meet daily goals. Availability to work full-time and on-site at our Buda / Mustang Ridge facility. Preferred One or more years of warehouse or fulfillment experience. Experience with ShipHero or another warehouse management system. Experience with inventory replenishment, putaway, cycle counting, or inventory transfers.
