Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to handle physical prep and shipment of inventory bound for online marketplace fulfillment centers. This role is primarily hands-on: building boxes, packing product, applying barcode labels, and keeping inventory organized and shipment-ready. Attention to detail and consistency are critical, every unit needs to be labeled correctly and packed to survive freight and fulfillment center handling. Key Responsibilities Box building & packing (primary focus): Assemble shipping boxes, pack products securely using appropriate dunnage/protection. Barcode labeling: Apply barcode and shipping labels accurately to individual units and master cartons Inventory organization: Sort, shelve, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory in a clean, systematic way that makes stock easy to locate and count Inventory tracking: Count units, reconcile quantities against packing lists/manifests, and flag discrepancies or damaged goods Shipment prep: Weigh and measure boxes, print and attach shipping labels, stage completed shipments for pickup Quality control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing; ensure correct product/label match Workspace upkeep: Keep the packing/labeling station and inventory storage area clean and organized Requirements Ability to stand, lift (up to 40-50 lbs), and do repetitive physical work for extended periods Strong attention to detail — mislabeled or miscounted inventory directly impacts the business Basic comfort with technology (using a label printer, scanning barcodes, simple spreadsheets) Reliable and punctual; able to work independently once trained Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stockroom experience a plus, but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Nice to Have Experience with e-commerce/FBA-style prep (poly bagging, bundling, product labeling) Familiarity with basic inventory spreadsheets or systems Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
