This is a hands-on, hourly position ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders for shipment. Carefully inspect products to ensure quality and order accuracy. Package products according to Anders Ruff's branded packaging standards, including inserts, tissue, and protective materials. Assemble shipping boxes, tape and seal packages securely, and apply shipping labels. Help receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming inventory. Keep warehouse shelves, products, and packing stations clean, stocked, and organized. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse projects. Work efficiently to help meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Communicate damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies to management. Jump in wherever help is needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Organized, motivated, and willing to take initiative. Comfortable standing, moving, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout a shift. Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small team. Previous packing, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
