Warehouse Forklift Operator / Unloader - Dayshift

Position Overview: Keep communities fed by unloading and receiving inbound trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal for energetic, organized individuals who enjoy staying active. Responsibilities Receiving products, recording codes, and breaking down pallets according to procedures Using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp machines to move merchandise Transporting pallets from dock to storage aisles Performing equipment inspections and completing related forms Occasional safe lifting of cases weighing 1-60+ lbs, including overhead lifting Maintaining a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and products Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of sit-down forklift operation experience Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others Willingness to follow material handling safety protocols Key Duties & Benefits Starting at $19/hr, with potential to earn $20+/hr after training Full-time, first shift with a 4/10 schedule and at least one weekend day Paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k), PTO, and holiday pay Opportunities for career growth, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and wellness programs Work Environment: Grocery warehouse with temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F, involving standing, bending, pulling, and lifting frequently, often on various surfaces and heights.
