/Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will spend the majority of your day operating a sit-down forklift. You will perform essential tasks such as operating wrappers, utilizing RF scanners, applying pallet tags, and managing trailer doors. Additionally, case picking will be a part of your responsibilities.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.96 to $25.28 based on your shift.
What You'll Do:
• Participate in order picking and truck loading processes.
• Handle warehouse inventory using robotic and forklift operations.
• Confirm production counts to maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Conduct quality control on all outgoing products and prepare orders for incoming stock.
• Care for and maintain the equipment assigned to you, collaborating with staff to support company goals.
Shifts:
We offer a rotational 2-2-3 AWS schedule with both night and limited day shifts available:
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7 AM with a $2/hour shift differential.
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7 PM (limited availability).
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Able to work various shifts, communicate effectively with all organizational levels, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, operate industrial equipment, and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted; good vision and manual dexterity are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of one year of continuous experience in all previous jobs.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
