Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Day Shift

Position Overview Our organization is seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for transporting merchandise within the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and merchandise accurately. Track inventory using handheld devices and technology. Stack, rotate, and replenish stock to support warehouse operations. Load and unload merchandise from trailers safely. Follow all safety protocols related to material handling and forklift operation. Assist with staging finished products and supporting timely order processing. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating material handling equipment, especially reach trucks or stand-up forklifts. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures. Ability to lift products weighing 1-60 lbs and work in a standing, bending, and lifting position for extended periods. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on community support. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
