Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Day Shift

Position Overview: The role involves operating stand-up forklifts to transport, store, and rotate merchandise within a warehouse environment, supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. Responsibilities Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) safely and accurately to move merchandise. Track inventory using handheld technology. Stack, rotate, replenish, and stage products for timely order processing. Load and unload trailers following safety protocols. Maintain safety standards and handle products weighing 1-60+ lbs, often lifting from floor to overhead. Qualifications & Skills One or more years of material handling equipment experience, specifically on Reach Trucks or stand-up forklifts. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and supporting community initiatives. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pulling during shifts. Key Duties: Ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
