Role Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Packaging Specialist to join our energetic Milwaukee, WI team. You will be instrumental in the safe and efficient preparation of our goods for shipping. Core Duties Execute product packaging and preparation tasks in alignment with established company procedures. Perform thorough quality checks on items to verify accuracy prior to final packing. Help maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency for the entire team. Work closely with colleagues to achieve our daily production targets. Support inventory control efforts and restock supplies when necessary. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Required Skills and Experience Must have completed Forklift PIT training. Prior background in packaging or general warehouse operations is necessary. Capable of lifting and transporting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Demonstrate a high level of precision and a dedication to quality standards. Strong ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team. Fundamental computer literacy for tasks related to inventory reporting and tracking. Key areas of proficiency include: Shipping and receiving processes General warehouse operations Material handling tasks Loading and unloading transport vehicles Holding a valid forklift license Packaging procedures Equipment and systems you will operate: Palletizing machinery Forklift equipment
