Warehouse Foreman (Forklift Class 4 Combi-Lift) - Marietta GA

ClearVue Glass & Mirror is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Foreman to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our glass fabrication team in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory movement, material handling, yard organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse or fabrication setting, is forklift certified, and leads by example with safety as their top priority. Responsibilities Load and unload glass, crates, and other materials safely and efficiently. Coordinate and perform all shipping and receiving activities. Operate a Class 4 Combi Lift forklift and other material-handling equipment. Move materials throughout the warehouse, fabrication area, and yard as needed. Assist the fabrication team with production support and material preparation. Build, prepare, and tear down shipping crates. Organize and maintain the warehouse, storage areas, and yard. Prepare shop floors and work areas for fabrication and installation activities. Ensure inventory and materials are properly stored, staged, and protected from damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Report equipment, material, or safety concerns promptly to management. Requirements Previous warehouse, manufacturing, glass fabrication, or construction material handling experience preferred. Forklift Certification required; Class 4 Combi Lift experience strongly preferred. Experience handling large, fragile materials such as glass is preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely. Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization practices. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Basic computer skills for receiving and shipping documentation are a plus. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with heavier materials handled using proper equipment and team lifting procedures. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
