Warehouse Floor Specialist

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our Westfield, MA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects. Why Pyle? Earn $20.15 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $23.20 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months. Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Monday-Friday Paid vacation, PTO, and annual holidays Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match; Annual Profit Sharing (100% employer paid) Short Term and Long Term Disability Wellness Programs for yearly benefits discount Floor Specialist qualifications: Knowledge of Warehouse processes & procedures Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail; effective organization and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in a fast paced work environment Computer skills; Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge Previous project management / leadership experience in a Warehouse environment preferred Certified training on various material handling equipment Forklift experience preferred The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed. Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.) Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation Locking & unlocking the warehouse Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed Providing backup to Shipping Office Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership For a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
