Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with electrical/HVAC materials is a plus. Position Overview The Warehouse & Fleet Operations Coordinator is the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll keep our warehouse running smoothly, ensure technicians have the materials they need, and help maintain a safe, reliable fleet. This role blends hands-on warehouse work with light administrative support, making it perfect for someone who likes variety and takes pride in keeping things organized. What You’ll Do Warehouse & Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform van inventory checks and restock truck bins Manage warehouse inventory counts and maintain accurate records Receive incoming materials, verify accuracy, and stock shelves Pull truck stock replenishments for technicians Fleet Operations Conduct routine fleet inspections (safety, condition, mileage) Schedule maintenance appointments for company vehicles Track service intervals and ensure vehicles remain compliant Vendor & Purchasing Support Work with vendors to place inventory orders Monitor stock levels and anticipate replenishment needs Office & Branch Support Assist with administrative tasks as needed Support the Branch Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations Who Thrives Here Organized, detail‑oriented individuals People who enjoy hands-on work and keeping things running behind the scenes Team players who communicate well and take pride in their work Those who appreciate a positive, supportive, recognition-driven culture Anyone who wants to grow in the electrical/HVAC industry What We Offer We invest in our people because they’re the reason our customers trust us.
