Warehouse & Fleet Manager
The CanManWarehouse & Fleet Manager The CanMan — Rowlett, TX Full-time | $53,000–$64,600/year | Monday–Friday, early start About us The CanMan is a family-owned home service company in Rowlett. It started with a kid and a pressure washer cleaning trash cans for neighbors in Rockwall County. Today we protect the whole home across DFW: trash can cleaning, pest control, rodent exclusion, and attic insulation. Our mission is to raise the standard of home services through care, cleanliness, and hospitality. Most home service companies treat the customer like a job number. We treat them like a neighbor, and we hold ourselves to a premium standard on every visit. Our motto is "dominating the details," and that standard applies in the warehouse as much as it does in a customer's backyard. A clean, stocked, well-maintained truck is where a great service visit starts. We coach hard and love harder. We're a team that shows up on time, owns its work, and takes care of each other. Right now that team is 20+ field technicians running a fleet of 18 trucks and vans, and we're moving into a new warehouse and office in Rowlett. The job You own the warehouse, the fleet, and every piece of equipment this company runs on. If a truck is down, that's your problem to solve. If a tech shows up to a job without the right parts, that's your problem to solve. If we don't know where something is, that's your problem to solve. This is a hands-on job with real ownership. You'll turn wrenches some days and build systems on others. You'll be the person who makes sure 15+ technicians can get in a truck every morning that's stocked, running, and clean. You report to our Business Operations Manager.
