Warehouse/Fleet Coordinator

Pioneer Valley Environmental is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Ware, MA. BENEFITS : Spiffs Take-home vehicle Bonuses Incentivized pay Company-matched IRA QUALIFICATIONS Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations coordination Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to utilize spreadsheets, inventory systems, and purchasing processes Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to supervise and coordinate support personnel Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse materials as needed Experience within the HVAC, plumbing, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades industry is strongly preferred. SCHEDULE : This is a full-time position with normal work hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break. WHAT TO EXPECT AS A WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR In this role, you'll oversee the Apprentice/Parts Runner, coordinate inventory replenishment, receive and verify shipments, audit warehouse and vehicle stock, and manage vendor relationships. You'll also process special-order materials, coordinate emergency parts deliveries, track returns and warranty items, maintain accurate inventory records, support purchasing activities, and ensure company assets are properly accounted for.
