Thornton & Grooms is looking for a Fleet & Warehouse Coordinator to help ensure our service professionals have safe, organized, fully equipped vehicles. What You’ll Do Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and accident response. Prepare and outfit vehicles with shelving, bins, materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate fleet records, vehicle assignments, fuel cards, and daily status updates. Work with vendors, track purchase orders and invoices, and communicate progress to managers. Support warehouse operations and keep vehicles, storage areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and safe. What You Bring High school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through. A self-motivated approach to hands-on tasks and daily priorities. Previous parts or warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to pass a nine-panel drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review, with a clean driving record for the past three years.
