Warehouse Filler and Picker (1st Shift, Full-Time)

Location Columbiana, OH Schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break at noon. Pay Hourly, based on experience + overtime available About the Role We are a growing manufacturing company looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Production Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position working in a clean, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities) Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures Fill containers with product using precise measurements Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with general warehouse and production tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace Build and stage pallets for outgoing orders This is not a repetitive assembly line job—tasks vary daily based on customer needs.
