Warehouse & Field Operations Coordinator

Position Summary The Warehouse & Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an organized, fully stocked, and efficient warehouse while supporting the daily operational needs of JDM Janitorial Inc. This position oversees inventory management, supply and equipment deliveries, equipment and company vehicle maintenance, account inspections, and direct janitorial support as needed. The Coordinator will also be responsible for providing janitorial services at the Benbrook Lake account two days per week and assisting with coverage at other customer locations when staffing needs arise. This position plays an important role in ensuring that cleaning teams have the supplies, equipment, and support necessary to maintain JDM's service standards and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Organization and Inventory Management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Track inventory levels for paper products, cleaning supplies, equipment, towels, microfiber rags, mop heads, and mop pads. Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available to meet operational demands. Identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs to management in a timely manner. Organize and store supplies and equipment to allow for easy access and efficient distribution. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor the condition of stored supplies and equipment. Help prevent supply shortages, unnecessary purchases, and equipment loss. 2. Supply and Equipment Deliveries Deliver cleaning supplies, paper products, and equipment to customer locations as needed. Pick up equipment, supplies, and other company materials from customer accounts when required. Coordinate deliveries and pickups with the operations team to ensure timely service. Assist with transporting equipment between the warehouse and customer locations. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and documented when necessary. 3. Equipment Maintenance and Repairs Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of floor scrubbers, vacuums, mops, and other janitorial equipment. Identify equipment malfunctions, damage, or wear and communicate repair needs to management. Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure it is properly stored and ready for use. Monitor the condition of towels, mop pads, and other reusable cleaning materials. Coordinate repairs or replacement of equipment when necessary. 4. Company Vehicle Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and monitor general vehicle condition. Report maintenance issues, damage, and necessary repairs to management. Monitor vehicle service needs, including oil changes, tire condition, and other routine maintenance. Ensure vehicles are used responsibly and kept ready for operational assignments. 5. Janitorial Account Coverage Provide scheduled janitorial services at the Benbrook Lake account two days per week. Assist with cleaning coverage at other JDM customer locations when needed due to staffing shortages, absences, or increased workloads. Follow established cleaning procedures, customer requirements, and JDM quality standards. Ensure assigned accounts receive consistent service and promptly communicate any operational concerns. 6. Monthly Account Inspections and Quality Control Conduct monthly inspections at assigned customer accounts to evaluate cleaning quality and adherence to contract requirements. Identify service deficiencies, supply shortages, equipment concerns, and other operational issues. Communicate inspection findings and recommended corrective actions to the Operations Manager. Follow up on identified issues as directed to help ensure timely resolution. Support consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction across JDM accounts. 7.
