Warehouse FBA Specialist ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT HARTVILLE, OH | FULFILLMENT CENTER FULL-TIME HOURLY 40 HRS/WEEK SUNDAYS OFF LOCATION Hartville, OH DEPARTMENT Ecommerce Fulfillment EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time · Hourly SCHEDULE 40 hrs/week WORK ENVIRONMENT This role is based in our ecommerce fulfillment center, working hands on in our FBA prep area picking, prepping, labeling, and packing shipments for Amazon. Flexibility to cover shifts or close the warehouse when team members are on vacation or out sick is required. POSITION OVERVIEW As our Warehouse FBA Specialist, you will get our products ready for Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) network. You will pick inventory, prep and label every item to Amazon's requirements, and pack shipments that arrive accurate and ready to sell. Your work is the reason our products reach Amazon shelves right the first time. WHAT YOU WILL DO PICK & PREP Pick inventory accurately for outbound FBA shipments using shipment pick lists Apply FNSKU product labels and stickers, covering or removing existing barcodes as required Prep items to Amazon's packaging standards, including poly bagging, bubble wrap, bundling, and warning labels PACK & SHIP Pack and build cartons and pallets, and apply carton and pallet shipping labels Weigh and measure cartons, record box contents, and pass shipment details to the Ecommerce team Stage completed shipments and load them for carrier pickup TEAMWORK & OPERATIONS Keep the FBA prep area stocked with supplies, clean, organized, and safe Support receiving and pick, pack, and ship operations as needed Cover shifts and close the warehouse as needed when team members are on vacation or out sick WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong attention to detail; one wrong label can hold up an entire shipment FBA prep, labeling, or warehouse pick and pack experience preferred, but not required Comfortable with repetitive, hands on work at a steady and accurate pace Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel or a willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills A proactive problem solver with a continuous…
