Warehouse & Facility Support Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a unique, hands-on role combining warehouse labor with facility maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organized, and has a good aptitude for mathematics. Job Responsibilities Manual Freight Unloading: Unload freight from trailers and containers by hand, safely and efficiently. Palletizing & Freight Handling: Organize, sort, stack, and palletize products for storage or shipment. Mathematical Skills: Perform basic math calculations involving quantities, counts, measurements, and product organization. Facility Cleaning: Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, and employee rest areas two days per week. General Housekeeping: Keep warehouse and assigned work areas clean, orderly, and free of unnecessary hazards. Charging Equipment: Candidate will perform equipment sweep at the end of the day and will check all battery levels (key on). Will ensure units are properly plugged in & charged for the next day. Teamwork & Safety: Follow established safety procedures, work efficiently, and assist other team members as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to consistently lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds . Comfortable performing physically demanding manual labor throughout the workday. Good basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, and working with quantities. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Willingness to perform both warehouse duties and routine cleaning responsibilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
