We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team in a hands-on warehouse and fabrication role. Job Description This position involves fabricating roofing products, operating basic shop equipment, and assisting with daily production and material handling. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing quality products. Responsibilities Fabricate roofing flashings and accessories according to specifications. Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials. Operate fabrication equipment and shop machinery. Assist with production and preparation of manufactured products. Move and handle raw materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow production instructions and safety procedures. Perform other related fabrication and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail. Comfortable using hand tools and operating shop equipment. Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
