The Warehouse Parts Expeditor will ensure all central warehouse functions are completed on a daily basis in support of the Warehouse Leadership Team. Promote and participate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practices.

Compensation

$49,845.00 to $62,305.00

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses

In a typical day, YOU will:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy for over 55,000 line items
  • Provide resources and training to employees (e.g. RF gun training and assistance)
  • Work with a sense of urgency and foster a team environment to encourage growth
  • Promote and improve a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up on branch and warehouse requests to ensure timely delivery of parts and information updates
  • Monitor, problem solve and respond quickly to all Parts Warehouse email requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Encourage continuous improvement within the warehouse operations through regular communication with Supervisor and Warehouse Manager
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving to address any customer complaints and identify and resolve issues by initiating corrective procedures
  • Assist in day-to-day operations when necessary (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

Must-haves for this role:

  • Post-Secondary Education and minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
  • Highly safety conscious with a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
