Job Overview As a Warehouse & Event Production team member, you’ll keep materials moving from the warehouse to event sites and help ensure equipment is ready when it’s needed. You’ll support warehouse distribution, inventory control, and event setup by safely handling, tracking, packing, and moving materials. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys active work, changing priorities, and contributing to smooth event operations. Dates ● Nov 5-8 ● Nov 14-15 More dates coming Duties Receive, inspect, stock, and organize materials; maintain accurate inventory using inventory management software, a warehouse management system, or AS400. Pick, pack, label, and fulfill orders; prepare shipments and support shipping and receiving. Load and unload deliveries, move materials with a pallet jack, and operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, or cranes when trained and authorized. Support event production by staging, transporting, and handling equipment; follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Your impact: Accurate inventory and careful materials handling help event teams find the right equipment and prepare safe, reliable setups. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory management, stocking, and picking and packing. Experience operating material handling equipment; familiarity with heavy equipment operation and warehouse supervisor responsibilities is a plus. Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, with basic math skills for counts and order checks. Demonstrated safety protocol adherence; experience with load and unload tasks, order picking, packaging, and shipping and receiving is an asset. Pay: From $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
