Warehouse Escalation Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Escalation Coordinator for a growing organization. This role supports daily warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations by coordinating orders, resolving operational issues, tracking shipments, and partnering with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving while ensuring operational processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor customer orders, shipments, inventory activities, and fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate processing. Investigate and resolve warehouse, inventory, shipping, and logistics issues while escalating complex concerns as needed. Serve as a liaison between internal departments, vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics partners. Track open orders, backorders, shipment exceptions, and operational requests to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate inventory, product, shipping, and operational records. Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, invoices, labels, and related logistics paperwork. Support returns, product rework, inventory quarantine activities, and other reverse logistics processes. Assist with operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, inventory control, or operations coordination. Experience managing orders, shipments, inventory, returns, or warehouse-related processes. Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers preferred. Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight coordination, inventory management, and warehouse workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse, inventory, ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, take initiative, and drive resolution. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and external partners. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment. Experience in distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is a plus. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer service.
