Warehouse & Equipment Associate
Advanced Collision Repair SolutionsHands-on. Small Team. Learn Specialized Equipment. $22-28/hour We're looking for a reliable person to help keep our warehouse and equipment operations running smoothly. You'll receive and ship equipment, maintain inventory, prepare customer orders, assist with equipment assembly, and learn the specialized products and equipment our customers rely on. Warehouse experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person. We are a small, growing company that sells and supports specialized collision repair equipment used by professional automotive repair shops. Because we're a small team, you'll work directly with the people who run the business and have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and take on more responsibility over time. What You'll Do Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload equipment and shipments Assist with assembling and preparing equipment for customers Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently (training provided) Maintain accurate and organized inventory Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Work closely with the team to keep orders and daily operations moving smoothly Take on additional responsibilities as you become familiar with the business What We're Looking For You don't need years of warehouse experience. We're willing to train someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and takes pride in doing things correctly Comfortable being on their feet and performing physical work Able to safely lift and move heavy items Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable using basic hand tools (experience helpful but not required) Comfortable learning new products, equipment, and processes A good communicator who works well with a small team Willing to pitch in and help wherever needed Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, automotive, mechanical, construction, equipment, manufacturing, assembly, or a similar hands-on environment is helpful but not required.
