In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including stocking, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Duties Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Perform order picking and packing with precision to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory management software systems Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are correctly documented and processed Handle materials manually when necessary, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks following proper safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring safety equipment is used properly Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety procedures, and reporting hazards promptly Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or cranes; certification is a plus Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining proper technique for safety Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity Commitment to following safety protocols at all times and using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately Join us in creating a safe, efficient, and energetic warehouse environment where your skills contribute directly to our success!
