NOW HIRING – WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE Interior Warehousing Ltd. – Prince George, BC $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience Interior Warehousing Ltd. (IWL) is a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Prince George, BC and part of the Brink Group of Companies. Founded in 1968 and acquired by the Brink Group in 2018, IWL provides warehousing, distribution, transportation and supply chain services throughout Northern and Central British Columbia and Western Canada, with a strong focus on supporting the mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The Position The successful candidate will work as part of our warehouse team and assist with the safe and efficient receiving, handling, storage and shipment of materials and products. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment, operating material-handling equipment and performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments Load and unload trucks and trailers Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Pick, pack, stage and prepare materials for shipment Properly store and organize inventory within the warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving activities Complete required shipping, receiving and inventory documentation Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies Ensure materials are properly secured and handled Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse Follow all company, customer and regulatory safety requirements Assist with deliveries and other warehouse-related duties as required Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, dispatch and management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred Previous forklift experience required Valid forklift certification is considered an asset Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting, loading and unloading Strong commitment to workplace safety Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual and reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities Previous experience in the transportation, industrial, mining or logistics sectors is considered an asset What We Offer $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Full-time employment Benefits package after 3 months Stable employment with an established Northern BC company Opportunities to develop additional warehouse and equipment-handling skills A safety-focused work environment If you are a reliable, safety-minded individual who enjoys hands-on work and has warehouse and forklift experience, we want to hear from you.
