Warehouse, Ecommerce and Property Support
Isomers Laboratories Inc.We make skincare in Toronto and we ship it ourselves. We need one strong, fast, high-energy person to run daily orders and ecommerce, and to keep the warehouse, production floor, and basic building and grounds work moving. This is a hands-on job. You think on your feet, switch tasks without being chased, and finish what you start. What you will do Process online and customer orders accurately and quickly: pick, pack, label, and ship Use FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS, prepare shipping documents, and hit courier cut-offs Receive raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Check quantity and condition, then label, store, and rotate Keep inventory records accurate and report damage, shortages, expiry, and count errors the same day Support production when orders slow: filling, bottling, labeling, coding, assembling, case packing, and palletizing Keep up with the preventative maintenance (PM) program once trained, including scheduled cleaning and servicing of production and manufacturing equipment and machinery Move materials with a pallet jack and walkie forklift once trained Keep warehouse and production areas clean, stocked, and safe: sweep, mop, sanitize, waste, recycling, and carton breakdown Follow GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and safety rules, and complete the paperwork that goes with the work Cover a set property list: inside cleanup, outside landscape tidy, filter changes, and small handyman fixes you are trained and authorized to do Fix the safe, obvious problems and report the rest immediately What we need Strong, fast, and motivated, with the stamina for a full day on your feet Able to lift and carry up to 50 lb (about 23 kg), and to bend, reach, push, and pull safely Detail-oriented under speed. Orders go out right, not just out Able to follow written instructions and learn inventory, shipping, and production systems Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working alone or with a small team Willing to move between orders, warehouse, production, cleaning, maintenance, and property tasks based on the day Warehouse, shipping, ecommerce, or manufacturing experience is an asset, not a requirement. We will train the right person. Cosmetics, personal care, food, or other GMP experience is a plus. Assets FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, or inventory software Pallet jack, walkie forklift, or material-handling ticket Safety awareness and accident-prevention knowledge or training Basic carpentry, authorized minor electrical work, gardening, light pruning, filter changes Licensed electrical, gas, structural, and elevated tree work are contracted out and are not part of this role.
