Go through the driver badging process and security check at Sky Harbor Airport. Understand and execute “Seal” program for airport deliveries. Pull and check order mailbox for needed product and supplies at the stores. Understands the transfer process to ensure correct data integrity. Understand all warehouse/store loss prevention procedures designed to minimize internal and external shrinkage. Work with warehouse employees to receive all shipments in a timely manner. Sort and price all merchandise accurately and efficiently. Maintain data terminal records relating to control of receipt, storage, distribution, and use of supplies and materials. Prepare merchandise for return to vendor accurately. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisor. Provide excellent internal and external customer service as part of the store and warehouse team. When delivering merchandise to the stores, acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the store and while in the store. Follow all Casa customer service standards. Deliver merchandise to stores, stock shelves, remove trash, and work with store employees/supervisors and managers to determine low inventory on items that need replenishment. Immediately inform management of any out-of-stock situations. Bring drinks and other items from the cage’s downstairs and stock the AZ Central backroom. Assist in the training of new warehouse associates. Help maintain a neat, clean, organized warehouse including sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays. Perform light maintenance in stores and warehouse as needed. Perform related work as assigned by a manager. May assist in ordering merchandise, file shop orders, process paperwork, and assist in inventories as needed. Assist in maintaining accurate signage in both the warehouse(s) and stores. Skills/Qualifications: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to two years of recent, full-time paid warehouse, supply or other clerical control or analysis including using computerized systems. Valid AZ drivers’ license. Oral and written communication skills. Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary. Minor computer skills needed. Operate standard office equipment including microcomputers and related software applications. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
