Summary: This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, handling shipping and receiving activities, and making local deliveries using a non-CDL box truck. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift operating skills, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials and deliveries safely.
• Drive a non-CDL box truck to complete local deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload products, materials, and supplies while ensuring items are handled properly.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
• Operate a manual or electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Palletize, stack, and shrink-wrap products for shipment and storage.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse and delivery driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to read and complete shipping and receiving documents accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
