Join the Way Delivery team! We’re a dependable, family-owned business based in Lancaster County, and we’re looking for a motivated, self-starting Warehouse Associate to join our growing operation. This exciting role is key to helping our team ensure that shipments are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately meeting and exceeding customer expectations while supporting company goals. Responsibilities and Duties: Retrieve and prepare inventory for delivery Package and label items for shipment in a timely and organized manner Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting items up to 150lbs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by performing regular cleaning tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations Track inventory and process orders using basic computer systems and scanners The ability to drive: Cars, Vans, and Box trucks Key Skills and Qualifications: Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment Organizational Skills: Helps maintain a streamlined and efficient workspace Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly (up to 150 lbs) Forklift Operation: Must be able to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred) Basic Computer Skills: Needed for tracking inventory and processing shipments Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School graduate or equivalent. Adaptability to shift tasks based on business needs Ability to lift up to 150lbs A commitment to safety Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate + overtime (DOE) Benefits after 90 days: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
