Position Description: About Us Thermal Concepts , provides high-quality HVAC services to commercial clients across the region. Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Take direction from the Warehouse Coordinator and complete daily tasks as assigned. Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store equipment, parts, and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area. Pick up orders and materials from local vendors and deliver them to the warehouse, job sites, or other locations as needed. Stage equipment, parts, and materials for delivery or shipment. Load and unload delivery trucks and service vehicles safely and efficiently. Prepare, package, and ship materials to job sites, customers, and vendors. Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Label and restock inventory, ensuring materials are stored in their designated areas. Track and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory. Contact vendors to obtain current pricing for parts and inventory items when needed. Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Break down boxes, organize usable pallets, and dispose of damaged pallets. Sweep warehouse floors and maintain a clean receiving yard. Move the dumpster to the designated pickup area on trash collection days. Assist with securing the warehouse by closing roll-up and entry doors and locking the receiving yard gate. Perform additional warehouse, delivery, and support duties as assigned by management. Position Requirements: What we're looking for: Valid CDL Class B license required. Clean driving record. Previous warehouse, delivery, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and move equipment and materials. Comfortable operating or learning to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry experience is a plus.
