Warehouse/Driver

Sarana Tile Hamilton is currently looking for a self-motivated full-time Warehouse and local delivery driver (large cube van) who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven towards success. The ideal candidates are expected to uphold the highest safety standards in all that they do. You are team-oriented, enjoy working with others, and thrive in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. Able to handle heavy merchandise with great care. As an integral member of our team, you are responsible for shipping and receiving inventory, moving merchandise to and from warehouse bins, loading and unloading delivery trucks, assisting with customer pickups and deliveries to the job site, and all general warehouse duties. Available to work Saturdays. As a successful candidate you should have the following: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-year previous warehouse experience as an asset Possess a Ontario valid G license, with a clean driving record. (min.3yrs) Ability to read and understand documents such as directions and safety manuals Good verbal communication skills and problem-solving. The ability to take and pass the company’s certified training is an assist Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 70 lbs in warm and cold conditions A flexible schedule may require Saturdays Forklift experience is a plus Pay Range from $18hr to $20hr Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $19.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Vision care Experience: delivery driving: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
