Duties Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods Conduct inventory management tasks such as stock counting, cycle counting etc Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision to meet order fulfillment deadlines Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and adhering to safety procedures including PPE use Safely operate 26' box truck with lift gate to transport goods between warehouses, distribution centers, or customer locations while following all traffic laws and safety standards Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment certification preferred (not required) Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including inventory control, stock replenishment, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities accurately Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions for materials handling equipment operation and warehouse procedures Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics roles is a plus but not required; a proactive and positive attitude is essential High School Diploma preferred Join our team today!
