Warehouse Driver Service Today | Federalsburg, MD Location: Federalsburg, MD, with daily travel to surrounding service locations Department: Warehouse / Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, based on business needs About Service Today Service Today provides plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services to customers throughout the region. Our success depends on keeping our field teams equipped with the parts, materials, and support they need to deliver timely, reliable service. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Driver to support our warehouse, fleet, and field operations across multiple Service Today locations. This position is responsible for transporting parts, equipment, truck stock, and daily cash and check collections between our Seaford, Easton, Bear, Ocean View, and Federalsburg locations. The Warehouse Driver will also assist with inventory counts, installation preparation, warehouse organization, and other operational needs. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role is essential to keeping materials moving efficiently, reducing unnecessary technician travel, and ensuring our field teams can spend more time serving customers. What You'll Do Daily Collections & Location Support Collect cash and checks from Service Today locations in Seaford, Easton, Bear, and Ocean View. Securely transport and deliver daily collections to the main office in Federalsburg, MD. Follow established procedures for handling, documenting, and transferring company funds. Maintain accurate records and communicate any collection or delivery discrepancies. Parts Delivery & Truck Stock Replenishment Pick up and deliver service parts, materials, and equipment to company locations and job sites. Deliver service parts and truck stock replenishment to Easton, Bear, and Ocean View. Help ensure technicians have the materials they need at locations closer to their assigned service areas. Verify purchase orders and delivery contents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to prioritize urgent material needs. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Assist with truck inventory counts at locations convenient for field technicians. Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Support receiving, stocking, inventory movement, and general warehouse organization. Assist with warehouse cleaning, special projects, and other operational needs. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Installation Department Support Assist the Installation Department with loading delivery trucks. Prepare materials and equipment needed for the following day's scheduled installations. Verify that materials are organized and ready for timely delivery. Transportation & Safety Safely operate company vehicles while transporting materials, equipment, and collections. Follow company driving, vehicle inspection, and safety procedures. Secure loads appropriately and report vehicle or equipment concerns. Maintain professional communication with warehouse staff, technicians, and location leadership. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Ability to work Monday–Saturday, generally 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Strong attention to detail and ability to verify orders, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable managing multiple daily priorities. Ability to safely handle and transport cash, checks, materials, and equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to assist with warehouse operations. Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
