This is a hands-on role where you’ll be moving freight, loading and unloading shipments, organizing the dock, and pitching in wherever needed. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and enjoy work that keeps you moving, we’d love to hear from you. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 8-12 weeks. We offer:$18.00 hourlyWeekly PayFull-time hoursOpportunity to work with an established transportation and logistics operationTemporary night shift assignment lasting 8-12 weeksSchedule: Sun 10pm-6am & Mon- Thurs from 6pm-3amResponsibilities:Loading and unloading trucks and trailersMoving and organizing freight throughout the dockSorting, stacking, and preparing freight for shipmentOperating a forklift and pallet jack as requiredHelping maintain an organized and safe dock areaAssisting with general warehouse duties as neededFollowing workplace safety proceduresRequirements:Previous warehouse, dock, shipping/receiving, or similar experienceSome previous forklift experience considered a strong assetMust have a clean criminal recordComfortable with physical, hands-on workAble to work the full evening shift consistentlyReliable, punctual, and able to work well with a teamComfortable working in a busy transportation/warehouse environmentMust have CSA approved steel toe boots and a hi vis safety vestThis posting is for an active opening.
