Warehouse Dock Clerk

Job Title: Dock Clerk – First Shift Company: Fast Fulfillment Location: Lenexa, KS Pay: $22.00 per hour (raises at 6, 12, and 24 months) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary Fast Fulfillment is hiring a Dock Clerk to handle all paperwork and scheduling for inbound and outbound trucks at our Lenexa facility. This role ensures smooth dock operations through accurate documentation, clear communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Schedule inbound/outbound trucks and assign dock doors. Prepare and review bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping documents. Verify shipments and document discrepancies or damages. Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, and warehouse staff. Update shipment data in the Extensiv Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain organization and safety standards in the dock area. Support additional clerical or logistics tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, and WMS experience a plus). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an ambient warehouse environment.
