Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting Honda and Acura dealer networks for automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment parts. Responsibilities: Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes. Set performance standards, lead workgroups, and ensure operational efficiency aligned with departmental goals. Key duties include production planning, staffing, quality control, and facility equipment management. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, associate’s degree or relevant experience, with at least three years in a related field and one to three years of supervisory experience. Proven project management skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of automotive lines are desirable. Skills: Strong leadership, project handling, and development abilities; knowledge of automotive products; and capacity to foster team growth.
