Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

Role Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees key functions within the distribution network, supporting the supply of parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment. Responsibilities Include Managing processes such as receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Setting performance standards for workgroup associates and ensuring results align with departmental and business objectives. Leading production planning, scheduling, staffing, and development efforts. Maintaining quality control, operational efficiency, and productivity. Fostering employee relations and managing facility equipment. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or G.E. equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred. At least three years in a related field with increasing responsibility; supervision/leadership experience required. Ability to manage projects from inception to completion; knowledge of automotive, motorcycle, or power equipment lines is a plus. Strong leadership skills and ability to develop associates.
