Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting dealer parts supply for automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment. Responsibilities: Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes. Establish performance standards for team members and ensure departmental and business objectives are met. Key duties include production planning, staffing and development, quality control, operational efficiency, and facility equipment management. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of three years in a related field with increasing responsibilities; one to three years of supervisory experience required. Proven project management skills; knowledge of automotive lines advantageous. Strong leadership and employee development abilities essential. Key Attributes: Ability to handle projects from inception to completion, develop associates, and improve operational efficiency. Previous exemplary performance may compensate for supervisory experience gaps. Work Environment: 100% onsite, second shift, at a Parts Center location.
