Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting dealer networks for automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment parts. Responsibilities Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes. Set performance standards and lead workgroup associates to meet departmental and business objectives. Coordinate production planning, scheduling, staffing, quality control, operational efficiency, and employee relations. Ensure facility equipment is maintained and operational. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred. At least three years in a related field with increasing responsibility. Leadership or supervisory experience required; exemplary performance in related roles may substitute. Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion. Knowledge of automotive, motorcycle, or power equipment lines is a plus; strong team development skills.
