Warehouse Distribution Specialist

Ready to Keep Supply Lines Moving? We’re hiring a Warehouse Distribution Specialist in Middletown, Ohio for 3rd shift (9pm-6pm). Do you enjoy turning a busy warehouse into a smooth, predictable operation? Are you detail-focused, safety-minded, and great at coordinating people and product? If that sounds like you, read on. You will Own the nightly distribution flow so products ship accurately and on time. Coordinate shipping and receiving with warehouse staff to streamline every handoff. Track inventory health and step in early to prevent shortages or overages. Leverage distribution software and Microsoft Office to document and track shipments. Collaborate across teams to resolve problems quickly and professionally. Model safe work practices and uphold company policies on the floor. Train and support new hires on processes and best practices. You have High school diploma or equivalent (logistics/supply chain education a plus). Background in distribution or logistics preferred. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to work solo when needed and thrive on a team. Comfort with distribution systems and Microsoft Office tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse tasks. Why join us?
