Double A Transportation – Columbus, Ohio Job Now Hiring: Office Dispatcher / Warehouse Supervisor Full-Time | 8–10 Hour Shifts | Double A Transportation is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Dispatcher to join our growing Columbus, Ohio operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced transportation and warehouse environment while playing a key role in the daily success of our operation. As the Office Dispatcher / Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, dispatching drivers, communicating with customers, and ensuring our daily delivery operations run efficiently from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities Receive and process inbound trailers arriving at the warehouse. Verify freight and coordinate unloading with warehouse personnel. Schedule customer deliveries and confirm appointment times. Dispatch drivers and maintain communication throughout the day. Update transportation management systems and customer portals with accurate shipment information. Monitor delivery progress and resolve issues as they arise. Coordinate with office staff to ensure routes are scheduled efficiently. Work closely with warehouse employees to ensure freight is staged and ready for delivery. Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and daily activity. Provide outstanding customer service while representing Double A Transportation professionally. Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (transportation software experience is a plus). Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
