Warehouse & Delivery Worker

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving and unloading inventory, preparing customer orders, making deliveries, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first attitude. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Unload incoming deliveries using a forklift and a forklift equipped with a stinger attachment for handling 12-foot-wide rolls of carpet. Load customer purchases into customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver flooring products to customers while ensuring products arrive in excellent condition. Many products are fragile and require careful handling and transportation. Secure and protect all materials during transport to prevent damage. Operate company vehicles in a safe and lawful manner at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Pull, label, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery. Cut carpet to customer specifications using a carpet cutting machine (training provided). Respect customer property and maintain a professional appearance and attitude during deliveries. Occasionally travel to Boise to pick up inventory and transfer products to the warehouse. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Perform additional warehouse and delivery duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. Forklift experience preferred but not required; certification is a plus. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product care. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday. Deliveries of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring are highly repetitive and may involve moving pallets containing up to 35 boxes weighing approximately 50 pounds each. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and in varying weather conditions during deliveries.
