Warehouse & Delivery Team Member – Plant City, FL Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Must be available Saturdays) Location: Plant City, FL (Local residents strongly preferred) Experience: Entry-level; paid training provided About the Role Join our fast-paced auction team in Plant City ! We are looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Team Member to help handle unique auction inventory and keep our Saturday events running smoothly. This is a physical, active role perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants a short, easy commute. Key Responsibilities Auction Setup: Unload, arrange, and display unique products and auction items as directed. Loading & Logistics: Safely assist buyers and sellers with loading and unloading merchandise using a forklift. Local Inventory Pickups: Drive a company box truck to handle weekly local pickups around the Plant City area as needed. Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. What We Are Looking For High Dependability: Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical, especially for our Saturday auctions. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move items of various sizes throughout the day. Valid Driver’s License: Comfortable driving a box truck for local pickups. Local Candidates: Candidates living directly in or very close to Plant City are highly preferred to minimize commute times. No prior warehouse experience is required—we provide complete on-the-job training ! Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
