Delivery & Warehouse Supervisor We are a regional furniture and appliance retailer expanding our service area. We are seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee our logistics function and build the team and processes needed to support increased volume. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the warehouse. Supervise warehouse and delivery teams across shipping and receiving Coordinate with store management on inventory, scheduling, and logistics needs Oversee maintenance of facility, trucks, and equipment Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members Establish structure, accountability, and performance standards Improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong communicator with the ability to lead teams effectively Proven experience supervising crews or field-based teams Organized with solid time management skills Mechanically inclined and comfortable around equipment and trucks Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Able to lift 150lbs regularly. This is a hands on position.
