Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Job Overview As a Warehouse/Delivery Driver, you’ll keep orders moving from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare, load, and unload products, then complete deliveries safely and provide helpful customer service. The role may involve driving a box truck, van, or personal vehicle, depending on assigned routes and delivery needs. Responsibilities Pick, stage, load, and unload orders; use a pallet jack and other material handling equipment as needed. Drive assigned routes, follow traffic regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and use mobile devices for delivery updates. Handle products carefully, applying safe lifting practices and workplace weight-handling procedures. Confirm deliveries and communicate professionally with customers; report order or vehicle issues promptly. Your impact: Careful handling and reliable deliveries help customers receive their orders safely and on time. Skills Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, delivery driver experience, or courier experience are helpful; related experience is preferred, not required. Ability to drive safely and perform delivery driving, route driving, commercial driving, or commercial truck driving as assigned. Familiarity with box trucks, vans, personal vehicle delivery, and manual transmission is useful. Able to load and unload goods, move materials, and perform heavy lifting and manual handling using safe techniques. Customer service skills, mobile device use, pallet jack operation, and knowledge of DOT regulations are valued.
