Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in warehouse operations as well as commercial driving. Duties Operate a box truck for delivery and pick-up of goods, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Load and unload products from the vehicle, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Perform route driving, adhering to designated schedules while maintaining safety standards on the road. Assist in warehouse operations including organization and heavy lifting of materials. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Skills Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with inventory management systems. Valid commercial driving license with experience in driving box trucks or similar vehicles. Experience as a delivery driver with a strong understanding of route navigation. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus. Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary. Experience as a courier is advantageous for this role.
