Warehouse & Delivery Associate Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop valuable skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation. We offer job training. Pay scale dependent on experience. Duties Stock and organize shelves efficiently, ensuring showroom products are displayed logically for easy customer access. In charge of warehouse tasks such as receiving, organizing, moving restaurant equipment, furniture, and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In charge of the entire store cleaning duties and conducting routine store inspections of equipment and storage areas. Load and unload restaurant equipment, furniture, and supplies sing forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques to ensure products are handled carefully and efficiently. Provide exceptional load/unload customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive experience for showroom’s customers. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in store operations and delivery processes. Other duties may be assigned during downtime. Qualifications Reliable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds), standing for extended periods, moving tasks throughout the day. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is preferred but not mandatory. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking, receiving, and inventory management Previous forklifts and equipment delivery experience are advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage deliveries efficiently. Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving items safely, and handling physical demands of the role.
