As we continue to expand, we're looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team and support our growing field operations. You’ll play an important role in keeping our technicians and installers supplied with the materials, equipment, and tools they need to get the job done. You’ll be joining a young, positive, and energetic team , with training provided and room for growth within the company. Summary This is a full-time, hands-on position based out of our North Burnaby warehouse near Production Way SkyTrain Station . You’ll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly by organizing materials, preparing equipment and supplies for jobs, and completing deliveries and pickups for our technicians and installers. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies. Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Properly store materials and maintain an organized and clean warehouse. Pull and prepare materials, equipment, and tools for upcoming jobs. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies. Assist with periodic inventory counts. Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, loading areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Properly handle and store HVAC/R equipment, parts, materials, and supplies. Identify materials that need to be returned, repaired, recycled, or disposed of. Deliveries & Pickups Deliver materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to jobsites, suppliers, and other locations as required. Pick up materials and equipment from suppliers and other locations. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials. Confirm that the correct materials and quantities are delivered to the appropriate location. Communicate with office staff and field technicians regarding deliveries and pickups. Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition and report any vehicle issues promptly. Field & Operations Support Prepare job materials and equipment based on work orders, job requirements, or instructions from supervisors. Assist technicians and installers with locating and obtaining required materials. Assist with moving equipment, tools, and materials around the warehouse and jobsites when required. Assist with loading and unloading HVAC/R equipment and other heavy or oversized materials. Assist with general warehouse, shop, and company property maintenance. Support field and office staff with miscellaneous operational tasks as required.
