Warehouse & Delivery Associate

About the Role Isola Imports is a specialty food importer and producer seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to support our warehouse and delivery operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities in a small-business environment. From picking and packing orders to maintaining an organized warehouse and delivering products to customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Just as importantly, you'll represent Isola when making deliveries, so a positive attitude, professionalism and good communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery Assist with receiving, stocking and organizing inventory Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse, including storage areas and workspaces Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring products are handled safely and properly secured Safely operate company delivery vehicles and make timely, accurate deliveries, providing friendly, professional customer service and communicating any issues or special requests Keep delivery trucks clean, organized and ready for daily use, and pitch in wherever needed to support warehouse and delivery operations Qualifications and Experience Previous warehouse, order picking or delivery experience preferred, but not required Valid Illinois Class C non-CDL driver's license and acceptable driving record (CDL not required) Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently Dependable, self-motivated and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to changing daily priorities Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading and making deliveries, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including refrigerated storage areas Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
